AeroPress

A versatile and portable brewer, the AeroPress delivers a smooth and rich cup, allowing for experimentation with various brewing styles.​

What You'll Need:

• AeroPress and paper filter​
• Medium-fine ground coffee​
• Freshly boiled water​
• Stirring paddle​
• Timer​
• Mug

Brewing Steps:

1. Prepare AeroPress: Insert a paper filter into the cap and rinse with hot water. Assemble the AeroPress in the standard or inverted position.​
2. Add Coffee: Use 17g of coffee and place it into the AeroPress chamber.​
3. Add Water & Stir: Pour 250ml of water (just off the boil) over the coffee, ensuring all grounds are saturated. Stir gently for 10 seconds.​
4. Steep: Attach the cap (if inverted) and let it steep for 1 minute.​
5. Press: Place the AeroPress over your mug and press down slowly, aiming for a total press time of 30 seconds.​
6. Enjoy: Dilute with water or milk if desired, and savour the smooth brew.
