Filter/Drip

For a smooth and consistent cup with ease. In minutes, you'll have a balanced brew, perfect for any time of day.

1. Prepare the Filter: Place a paper filter into the machine's basket. If using an unbleached filter, rinse with hot water to remove any papery taste.
2. Weigh and Grind: Use 60g of medium-ground coffee per litre of water. Adjust depending on how much coffee you are brewing.
3. Add Coffee: Place the ground coffee into the filter.
4. Fill with Water: Pour fresh, cold water into the machine's water reservoir.
5. Start Brewing: Turn on the machine and let it brew. The coffee will slowly drip into the carafe below.
6. Serve & Enjoy: Once finished, give the coffee a gentle stir, pour, and enjoy a smooth, balanced cup.
