What You'll Need:

• V60 dripper and paper filter​
• Medium-fine ground coffee​
• Gooseneck kettle​
• Freshly boiled water​
• Scale and timer​
• Carafe or mug​

Brewing Steps:

1. Prepare Equipment: Place the paper filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water to eliminate paper taste and preheat the dripper.​
2. Add Coffee: Use 15g of coffee for 250ml of water. Place the dripper over your carafe or mug.​
3. Bloom: Pour enough water (about 30ml) to saturate the grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds, allowing gases to escape.​
4. Continue Pouring: Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion, maintaining the water level without flooding. Aim for a total brew time of 2.5 to 3 minutes.​
5. Serve: Once the water has fully dripped through, remove the dripper and enjoy a bright, flavourful cup.
