Espresso

Espresso is the heart of many beloved coffee drinks, offering a concentrated and rich flavour. Here's how to achieve a delightful shot:​

  1. Grind: Use freshly roasted BeneBrew beans, ground to a fine consistency resembling powdered sugar.​
  2. Dose: Measure 18-20 grams of coffee for a double shot.​
  3. Tamp: Apply firm and even pressure to ensure a level coffee bed.​
  4. Brew: Start the extraction; aim for a brew time of 25-30 seconds to yield approximately 36ml-40ml of espresso.​
  5. Adjust: If the shot pulls too quickly or slowly, adjust the grind size accordingly. Adjust your grind until you find your perfect balance of sweetness, body, and crema.​
